My clients, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) company, are seeking to employ experienced banking call centre agents for their USA-based campaign in Sandton. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to clients across the Atlantic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a call centre agent, your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from USA-based banking customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with personalized solutions. You will be required to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
The call centre operates on a night shift schedule, with operations starting at 2 PM in the afternoon and concluding at 5 AM the following morning. Successful candidates will be expected to work 9-hour rotational shifts within this time frame.
To ensure a smooth commute, the company will provide transportation for all employees.

Candidate Requirements:
We are only considering candidates residing in the Randburg or Alexandra areas. Proof of address will be required to verify your eligibility to. But other places can apply too.
Additionally, candidates must have a clean criminal record and have successfully completed their matric or NQF Level 4 qualification.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
The basic salary for this position is R7,500 per month, with an additional R1,000 per month night shift allowance.
