Receptionist Job Opportunity Description:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members of Just Gym. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and efficiently addressing member inquiries and concerns.
- Greeting members with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they receive a positive first impression of the gym.
- Assisting members with check-in and access procedures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Resolving member queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a well-organized and effectively managed reception area.
- Exhibiting superior communication skills to foster positive interactions with members and colleagues.
Required Experience and Competencies for this Receptionist Job Opportunity.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using common office software.
- A friendly, efficient, and customer-service-driven personality that aligns with the Planet Fitness brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, to accommodate the gym’s operating schedule.
- High energy levels and the stamina to maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position, which would be an added advantage.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival and departure from the workplace.
