Responsibilities
As a Junior Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include determining stock requirements, checking product quality and shelf placement, executing merchandising activities as per the set schedules, providing feedback on customer feedback, maintaining product and promotional knowledge, and effectively recording all merchandising activities.
Additionally, you will be tasked with advising the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on any out-of-stock products, ensuring seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, you must be between the ages of 18 and 28 years old, have successfully completed your Grade 12 education with passes in Mathematics and English, and possess prior merchandising experience.
The learnership will run for a duration of 6 months, from September 2024 to February 2025, providing you with ample time to develop your skills and showcase your potential.
